Secretary Resume Example
The Secretary Resume Example below contains examples of how the candidate has had
signing authority and other responsibilities, which may go beyond the requirements of her position.
This is not uncommon, in fact secretaries and coordinators are frequently asked to do more than
their position entails. If you have had additional responsibilities at your previous employer, list
them. Additionally, you may notice that the example below contains the name of a software the
applicant used at a previous employer. Any time you can list a special software or program that is
used in your industry, do so. This will help get your resume into the hands of employers and
recruiters when they perform a search in a resume database such as Monster or Beyond.

NOTE: The actual names of the employers on these
resumes have been replaced with generic names. When you are creating your resume, make sure that
you do list your previous employers on it. Some recruiters will often search for someone based
completely off of prior employment. (For example, Pepsi may search for people that have worked at
Coke.)
NOTE: The resume example listed above is not personalized
for your needs. It will have to be modified per your needs in order to properly represent your
accomplishments, personal information, and employment experiences.
