This question can catch many people off guard, since it always seems
like those interviewing you are looking for a particular answer. This
question is asked in nearly every interview, so you should definitely have an
answer ready. If you revert back to the basic idea that you are interested in
their company and what they do, then you can often keep a good pace
throughout the interview. Keep in mind that just saying you are interested in
the company is not enough. They are going to ask why you are interested.
Check out the company’s website and look at their “About” page prior to the
interview. Keep the following in mind when answering this question:
- Use life experiences which are relevant.
- Share a moment influencing your career path.
- Site prior experiences, which are relevant.
- Research the company prior to your interview.
